When you book with JenRose Photography, you agree that we’ll provide services as outlined, payments are required as agreed, and we retain rights to the photos for showcasing (with your consent). We’re not responsible for third-party tools or links outside our site.


1. Services

JenRose Photography provides photography services, including but not limited to portraits, headshots, and weddings. Details of your session will be outlined in your individual contract or booking agreement.


2. Payments

Payment terms will be specified in your booking confirmation and/or client contract. Services must be paid in full as agreed before delivery of final images.


3. SMS & Email Communications

By booking a consultation or providing your contact information, you may consent to receive communications from JenRose Photography, including:

  • Transactional messages (appointment reminders, confirmations, service-related updates).
  • Marketing and promotional messages (special offers, discounts, new service announcements).

Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply.


You can opt out of:

  • SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message (reply HELP for assistance).
  • Emails at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” at the bottom of any message.


We do not sell or share your contact information. See our Privacy Policy for full details.


4. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

  • JenRose Photography retains copyright to all images.
  • Clients receive usage rights for personal or professional use as outlined in their individual agreements.
  • By booking, you grant permission (with your consent at the time of booking) for JenRose Photography to use selected images for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes.


5. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Any downtime or technical issues with the website or third-party tools (Pixieset, GoHighLevel, etc.)
  • Losses or damages beyond the scope of your booked service


6. Links to Other Websites

Our site may link to third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites.


7. Age Restrictions

Services are available to clients 18 and older. Clients under 18 must have parental/guardian consent for bookings and communications.


8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada (and, upon relocation, Alberta).


9. Updates to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services means you agree to the latest version.
