How do I book a photography session with your team?

Booking a photography session is easy. Simply reach out to us through our website, email, or contact form, and let us know the type of session you're interested in. We'll guide you through the process, discuss your requirements, and find a convenient date and time for your session.

Do you provide hair and/or makeup services with sessions?

Hair and makeup are not included in your session. We ask you to come to your session with your hair and makeup done ahead of time. In the retouching process, we remove imperfections such as blemishes, stray hairs, and bags under your eyes. Our team is available to help with quick hair touch ups and we stock a supply of hair spray and lint rollers. You’re welcome to bring your makeup to your session to apply quick touch-ups.

I don't know how to pose, will you help?

Not to worry, we will coach you through the posing process and provide tips on how to convey your personality or brand through various expressions, postures, hand positions, and angles.

Can we choose the location for our photo shoot?

Absolutely! We believe that the location plays a significant role in capturing unique and personalized photographs. Whether it's at your home, our in-home studio, a scenic outdoor location, or a venue of your choice, we're open to capturing your portraits in a place that holds meaning to you.

How long does a typical photo session last?

The duration of a photo session varies depending on the type and scope of the project. Portrait sessions typically range from 1 to 2 hours, while events and weddings can span several hours. We strive to provide ample time to capture all the important moments and ensure you feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the session.

How long does it take to receive the final edited photos?

We know how exciting it can be as you await your final photos! Our editing process usually takes a minimum of 2-3 weeks, depending on the number of images and the complexity involved. Rest assured, we prioritize quality and attention to detail to deliver exceptional images that exceed your expectations.

How will I receive my final images?

JenRose Photography delivers the digital images you purchase as high-quality JPG files in a private password-protected online gallery. You can easily access this gallery from any device and download your files as many times as you need. Your gallery will remain available for 3 months from your photoshoot date. Please download and back-up any images you wish to keep during this period and store them safely.

Do I own the copyright on my portraits?

JenRose Photography maintains copyright ownership of every image we take. When you purchase images from JenRose Photography, you have permission to use them personally or professionally both in print and online. Other uses may require a commercial contract and an additional licensing fee. Please contact for details.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that situations come up and you may need to postpone or cancel your appointment. Should you need to change your photo shoot date, please let us know as soon as possible. There is no penalty to reschedule your photo shoot. If you would like to cancel your photo shoot completely, please allow at least 72-hours notice for a full refund of your session, less a $100.00 administration fee. There are no refunds for missed appointments or cancellations less than 24-hours before your session.
